Step-1:  If you do not have an username and password from quick-n-call then register for access details. Thus you will also get 50 Pence free for calls.

Step-2:  Download Fring dialler from http://www.fring.com/download/. It is free to use. Make sue you download it using SMS (as shown in picture). It will make things simple. Then click on the link on your mobile to install Fring.

Step-3: Once you receive the SMS with fring, install it on your mobile.

Step-4:  Once you have finished installation , click on "more" and then "add-ons". This is depending on the mobile phone models that you have. Find out the option "SIP" and click.

Step-5: Once the SIP is open, use your User  ID which is your mobile phone number like- 447886664582 and PIN ( received by SMS).          On proxy use - "94.76.208.31".  Click Ok. .

Step-6: You are done. Enter destination numbers and press "SIP". That is it, you are connected.
